Where are you located?

We are located in Melbourne, Florida, USA.

Can I pick up my order?

No. We currently sell directly through our online store. We do not have a physical storefront at this time.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we do provide phone order. Call us at 321-521-3455.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Pouch Boutique.com purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from when you received your order for a refund to be accepted. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping and handling charges. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Please indicate why you are returning the items. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or we will issue you a refund.

Can I track my order? 

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

How long does shipping take?

We normally process the order in 2-3 business days.

US Addresses: Standard Ground 5-10 Business Days. We only provide Standard Shipping for your order. 

 

Do you ship international?

No. We currently do not ship international at this time.
